• Substantial and sustainable advantages relative to competitors
• Clearly defined niche
• Strong market position
• Potential for significant growth
• Consider investments located anywhere in the United States
• Consider investments in all industry and business types; however, our primary focus is manufacturing, distribution and service businesses
• We will not consider venture capital or early stage investments in companies with no history of revenue or cash flow.
