Buffalo Capital Partners, L.P. (BCP), founded in 2001, is a Houston based private equity investment partnership that was formed to make opportunistic private equity investments in smaller middle market private companies.  Our investment partners include high-net worth families, accredited individuals and financial institutions.  BCP's investors are focused on long-term value creation and capital appreciation.  BCP’s goals are to maximize its investment returns by providing support to management with regards to strategic and financial matters as well as by providing on going capital requirements.

BCP invests in manufacturing, distribution and service companies that can be grown internally or through acquisitions.  BCP invests in companies that have exceptional management teams, well-defined business niches, strong market positions and significant potential for long-term growth.  We invest in transactions with purchase prices of $10 million to $30 million.  We do not make early-stage or  venture capital investments. 

BCP is managed by professionals with experience in leveraged lending, banking, private equity, investment banking, operational management and law.  In addition to the experience provided by BCP's professionals, BCP utilizes the resource base provided by our Limited Partners, who are primarily current and former executive officers of leading companies in a wide variety of industries.  The investment professionals directly analyze and respond to all proposals and are committed to providing prompt feedback on each inquiry.
